Kingdom Perfumery Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery. The item must remain in its original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, Kingdom Perfumery will, unfortunately, be unable to offer a refund or return.
If you receive goods that do not match your order, you must contact the vendor within 30 calendar days to arrange for collection and return. If you and the vendor cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, email us at information@kingdomperfumery.com within 30 days to request assistance with the refund process.
Upon receiving your request, Kingdom Perfumery will inspect your case and notify you of the status. We will keep you updated on the refund process and inform you if additional steps are required.

If you are unable to meet these criteria, please email us at information@kingdomperfumery.com detailing which conditions are not met. We may suggest an alternative solution, but we reserve the right to decline a refund if conditions are not fulfilled.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within a timeframe dependent on your card issuer’s policies. You will be notified of your refund’s status and any potential adjustments.
Please Note: Do not send products back to the manufacturer. Only partial refunds may be issued in specific cases, such as missing original packaging.
If you believe you have received a defective product, contact us at information@kingdomperfumery.com with photos or videos as evidence of the defect.
Once we receive and review your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
To return a product, please contact the vendor directly for instructions on the appropriate return shipping or drop-off location. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For items valued over USD $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item reaches the intended recipient. Kingdom Perfumery cannot guarantee that we or the vendor will receive returned items.
By subscribing to our recurring product services, you agree to the specified shipping terms, including any deferred or recurring purchases. By subscribing, you authorize Kingdom Perfumery to charge your payment method according to the prices, frequency, and dates indicated at purchase. Subscription orders cannot be combined with coupons or earn loyalty rewards. You may cancel your subscription at any time, provided cancellation requests are submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the next scheduled order.
At Kingdom Perfumery, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products. However, we act as a facilitator between buyers and sellers on our site and do not directly manage transactions. If you purchase an item, contact the vendor directly with any refund or cancellation requests within 30 days of purchase. If a resolution cannot be reached, contact us at info@kingdomperfumery.com, and we will work to address the situation as soon as possible.
